I gave all three of my sites the same receptionist
Built one AI receptionist persona, Ariana, and gave her three separate brains — one per site — so she answers as an expert on that business instead of a generic bot.
What I built
Set up a voice AI receptionist called Ariana across all three of my sites in GoHighLevel. Same name, same personality — but three separate agents, one for BuildVera, one for LocalGlow, one for Ask Eve. Each one got its own prompt and its own knowledge, written from the real content of the site it lives on.
Why
One shared bot across three different businesses answers everything vaguely, because it doesn't know which business you're asking about. A contractor asking about job costing and a shop owner asking about Google rankings need completely different answers. Vague answers lose the lead.
What changed
Every site now answers its own visitors in its own language, and each conversation captures a name and a phone number instead of ending in a dead chat window.
