More than 100 unanswered Google reviews, five locations, one week

A multi-location owner had months of Google reviews nobody had replied to. I cleared the backlog in Thai and English, one location at a time.

What I built

Reply drafts for every unanswered review across five locations, written to match each customer's language and named for the dish or service they mentioned. I pasted them in location by location and logged which reviews mentioned slow service or missing items, so the owner gets a list of real problems, not just a tally.

Why

An unanswered review is read by the next customer as a shrug. Replies also tell Google what the business does, because they are public text that names the service. A short, specific reply beats a long polite one every time.

What changed

The backlog is cleared. From here the goal is a reply within two days of every new review. I'll report the review numbers from the first full month here, without rounding them up.
